Review Period The Admin will review each submitted identification document as soon as reasonably practicable and no later than 48 hours after submission. The Admin may approve or reject a submission. A submission may be rejected if, for example, the document is: - Unclear or unreadable - Expired or otherwise invalid - Appears altered or fraudulent - Does not adequately establish that the user is at least 18 years old - Not a valid government-issued identification document - Submitted on behalf of another person If a submission is rejected, access to AllicereTV may remain restricted until the user successfully completes the required age-verification process. Deletion of the ID Image After the Admin approves or rejects an age-verification submission, the uploaded ID image will be deleted as soon as reasonably practicable and no later than 24 hours after the decision. Accordingly, the ID image will ordinarily be retained for no longer than 72 hours from the time it was submitted, assuming the review takes the full permitted 48 hours and deletion takes the full permitted 24 hours. The ID image is not intended to be retained as a permanent part of your account. Age-Verification Result After review, AllicereTV may retain a record indicating whether the account has successfully completed age verification. For example, an account may contain an age-verification status such as: - Verified - Not verified The age-verification status is separate from the uploaded ID image. Deleting the ID image does not necessarily delete the account's age-verification status. We do not retain a copy of the government-issued ID after the deletion deadline described above unless retention is required by applicable law. 4. Information We Do Not Need We attempt to collect only information reasonably necessary to operate AllicereTV, provide the requested services, maintain account security, and verify age when required.
